Account Manager

An Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring the smooth and effective operation of projects. Their role is central to running the account, and they play a crucial role in managing projects from the initial brief to final delivery in collaboration with various departments. The primary focus is on client satisfaction, quality, adherence to processes, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage client projects from the briefing stage to delivery, ensuring that final materials are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.

  • Coordinating Between Parties: Act as a liaison between internal departments (such as Print, Broadcast, and Digital) and external parties (clients and agencies), facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

  • Contractual Obligations: Ensure consistent delivery in accordance with contractual obligations, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Communication and Progress Tracking: Maintain ongoing communication with project managers/producers, tracking project progress, monitoring schedules, timings, and addressing any delays or issues.

  • Timeline Management: Manage, monitor, and update project timelines, setting realistic expectations with clients and internal teams.

  • Brand Guardianship: Immerse yourself in the client’s brand and act as a brand guardian, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, processes, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.


  • Experience: Prior experience working in TV, print, or digital production, with a preference for TV experience.

  • IT Literacy: High level of IT literacy, including proficiency in spreadsheet usage and strong numeracy skills.

  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.

  • Resilience: Possess a can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with fluency in English.
