- The Benefits Specialist is responsible for the implementation and administration of the Company’s benefits policies such as loans, death or funeral assistance, health and medical plans, and other benefits-related matters.
- The candidate must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or an equivalent field.
- Preferably, the candidate should have at least 2 years of related work experience.
- The work schedule is 5 days a week, with shifts starting at 7:00 PM and ending at either 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, or 6:00 PM. Two days off are provided on weekends.
- Please note that the work setup is hybrid, allowing for a combination of work from home and onsite work.
