Brand Management Manager

Job Description:

  • Brand Strategy Implementation: Responsible for designing and implementing brand growth strategies and initiatives both online and offline.
  • Business Planning: Develop marketing programs aligned with overall business directions.
  • Consumer Insights: Conduct consumer immersion and other relevant consumer insights exercises.
  • Business Performance Monitoring: Monitor business performance and generate actions to improve brand preference and power.
  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end project execution for assigned brand/product projects, from identifying opportunities to campaign planning, execution, and post-evaluation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing Services and Trade Market on new launches and market opportunities.
  • Marketing Forecasting: Prepare marketing forecasts based on the marketing calendar.
  • Supplier and Agency Coordination: Work with suppliers and creative agencies for briefs and execution details, in coordination with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitive pricing and product performance.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Sales, Marketing, or Business-related courses.
  • At least 10 years of experience in brand/product marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity; experience in FMCG/food brand is a plus.
  • Exposure in new product development and launch.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong business mindset and analytical power.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate data-driven decision-making and forecasting experience.
  • Passionate about growth with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to effectively manage multiple projects.
