Job Description:
- Brand Strategy Implementation: Responsible for designing and implementing brand growth strategies and initiatives both online and offline.
- Business Planning: Develop marketing programs aligned with overall business directions.
- Consumer Insights: Conduct consumer immersion and other relevant consumer insights exercises.
- Business Performance Monitoring: Monitor business performance and generate actions to improve brand preference and power.
- Project Management: Manage end-to-end project execution for assigned brand/product projects, from identifying opportunities to campaign planning, execution, and post-evaluation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing Services and Trade Market on new launches and market opportunities.
- Marketing Forecasting: Prepare marketing forecasts based on the marketing calendar.
- Supplier and Agency Coordination: Work with suppliers and creative agencies for briefs and execution details, in coordination with internal cross-functional teams.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitive pricing and product performance.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Sales, Marketing, or Business-related courses.
- At least 10 years of experience in brand/product marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity; experience in FMCG/food brand is a plus.
- Exposure in new product development and launch.
