JOB SUMMARY
The Business Intelligence Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive BI strategy that aligns with organizational goals. This position involves data analysis, reporting, team management, and the selection of BI tools and technologies to drive business decision-making and performance optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with company objectives.

• Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Oversee the design and development of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

• Team Management

  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and continuous improvement culture within the BI team.

• BI Tools and Technologies

  • Evaluate and implement BI tools and stay updated on industry trends.

• Data Quality Management

  • Establish and enforce data quality standards.

• Performance Optimization

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement.

• Data Security and Compliance

  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in Product Operations or Product Management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of I-Gaming preferred.
