Responsibilities and Duties:
- Execute marketing operations activities, including:
- Generating and managing segmentation using audience builder
- Conducting email testing in content builder
- Configuring email builds
- Conducting audits
- Configure and execute multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns
- Build and report on emails/messages
- Conduct audits of campaigns and manage any issues that arise
- Review marketing campaign requests from clients and provide execution recommendations
- Identify and collaborate with the team lead to implement potential new functionalities or process improvements that align with client needs and enhance efficiency
- Provide support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and other Salesforce products
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience managing Salesforce or similar products such as ServiceNow, HubSpot, Zendesk, JIRA Service Desk, CRM, or Zoho
- 1 to 2 years of experience managing email marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical, conceptual, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Must be open to working on a flexible schedule.
