Campaign Execution Specialist

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Execute marketing operations activities, including:
    • Generating and managing segmentation using audience builder
    • Conducting email testing in content builder
    • Configuring email builds
    • Conducting audits
  • Configure and execute multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns
  • Build and report on emails/messages
  • Conduct audits of campaigns and manage any issues that arise
  • Review marketing campaign requests from clients and provide execution recommendations
  • Identify and collaborate with the team lead to implement potential new functionalities or process improvements that align with client needs and enhance efficiency
  • Provide support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and other Salesforce products


  • 1 to 2 years of experience managing Salesforce or similar products such as ServiceNow, HubSpot, Zendesk, JIRA Service Desk, CRM, or Zoho
  • 1 to 2 years of experience managing email marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Must be open to working on a flexible schedule.
