The Role:
As a Digital Marketing Campaign Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing
comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of digital marketing strategies, utilizing various
channels and platforms to achieve measurable results. The right person will be working with the client, stakeholders,
and Manila operations teams.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product/service offerings, target audiences, and market trends.
- Organize and lead strategic planning discussions with customer stakeholders to define marketing campaigns, and consult on best practices and marketing operations requirements.
- Liaise with customer stakeholders to collect campaign requirements and assets, provide to internal resources for efficient production cycles.
- Organize the efforts and schedules of production resources to work within SLAs, and prioritize projects based on customer needs.
- Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from concept to analysis, ensuring timely and effective delivery of campaigns.
- Assist on quality assurance on marketing campaign assets (emails, landing pages, and components such as forms) per documented requirements and standards.
- Communicate with stakeholders and internal production resources across multiple channels, including email and project management tools, daily.
- Generate regular reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing automation platform-based project management experience; experience with SFMC platform is a plus.
- Great team leadership skills and ability to work well with others to accomplish goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of concurrent tasks and communicate changes to teams.
- Experience managing campaign planning efforts and content creation. Hands-on experience building assets is a plus.
- Experience working for a marketing agency managing customer accounts.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work in the morning shift (9 AM – 2 PM).
