Creative Coordinator


This person will apply production templates, draw schedules, and assign tasks to resources to ensure production workflow is efficient through each stage and gets completed on time. This position is also responsible for scheduling, production, and on-time delivery of all agencies creative and production department work and vendor relations. The Traffic Coordinator will work closely with a U.S.-based marketing agency operations team along with our creatives, business partners, and various stakeholders to fulfill the execution of client projects.


Duties and Responsibilities

● Serve as a liaison across multiple departments of various levels, maintaining
regular contact with clear and effective communication
● Work closely with account, brand, and creative managers to plan for and
resource new and upcoming projects
● Collect and deliver assets required by a project to the production team
● Create and manage project schedules, prioritizing levels of effort, and
scheduling reviews
● Allocate resources for each task in a project
● Track and resolve issues and conflicting deadlines due to capacity and
workload, and know when to escalate and prioritize
● Recognize inefficiencies within the workflow process and make
recommendations to resolve

● Monitor communications between project members to confirm that work is
progressing on schedule
● Update stakeholders on the progress of projects and campaigns in regard to
delivery schedules


● 2+ years of proven work experience in traffic production coordination or similar
role, agency experience is a plus
● Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing,
Commerce or equivalent
● Experience with communicating with multiple clients of varied nationalities on a
regular basis
● Experience with creating, scheduling, and delegating tasks in a project
management platform, including reprioritizing and updating progress statuses
● Experience with working with a digital asset management (DAM) platform is a plus
● Experience related to the production of digital and printed marketing materials
is an advantage
● Familiarity with popular North American/European fashion brands is a plus

● Collaborative and team-oriented, but able to apply sound judgment while
working independently
● Effective time management and decision making skills
● Excellent command of English, both in verbal and written forms
● Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
● Currently work-from-home setup with a capable workstation, but amenable to
work in Makati City in the future
● Amenable to work in the night shift
● Amenable to work during holidays and to render overtime when needed
● BPO background is a plus but not required
