Customer Care Specialist

The Customer Care Specialist is primarily responsible for receiving inbound calls and responding to customer’s call & email inquiries, building customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company, or making outbound calls for follow-up customer support or telemarketing purposes, following a set of standards established for call management, call accuracy, call handling and data encoding accuracy.

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
  • 6 days a week (HYBRID)
  • Shifts starts at 9am-
  • 6pm(onsite)
  • 11am-8pm(wfh)1pm-1
  • 0pm(wfh)
  • 1 day off
    *Note: Work from home starts after training – possible after two months
