Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervises overall production operations of EMP Production Department.
- Ensures strict adherence to product SOPs, procedures, and specifications.
- Safeguards confidentiality of EMP SOPs, formulations, and key ingredient codes.
- Provides production reports to EMP Head, including daily reports and equipment status.
- Manages cleaning, maintenance, calibration, and upkeep of production equipment.
- Ensures conformance to food quality and safety standards.
- Prepares Certificate of Material Release (CMR) for EMP finished products.
- Promotes and enforces company rules, regulations, and policies.
- Conducts assigned tasks from EMP Head and Technical Development Manager.
- Coordinates with EMP Head for production materials.
- Consults with EMP Head on SOP alignment and quality requirements.
- Leads investigations on product quality deviations and formulates corrective actions.
- Prepares Purchase requisitions for department materials and supplies.
- Monitors personnel compliance with company rules and regulations.
- Conducts orientation and training for EMP Production personnel on quality policies and procedures.
Education and Experience:
- B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related technical field).
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food production or preparation.
Skills and Competencies:
- Practical computer knowledge (Microsoft).
- Strong supervisory and people management skills.
- Good understanding of key deliverables and priorities.
