Integrated Marketing Coordinator – Commercial

  • Integrated Marketing Coordinator – Commercial: This role focuses on the Commercial market as part of the Integrated Marketing team, collaborating with area and functional team members to ensure proper execution of marketing efforts and adherence to defined processes.

Core day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Planning & Set up: Attend Commercial planning meetings, interpret objectives, and guide the team through Centralized Service processes. This involves tasks such as project planning, data flow management, and setting delivery expectations.
  • Execution & Project Management: Act as a project manager once plans are understood, oversee end-to-end execution, and ensure process adherence. Manage content publishing on Commercial social channels and review copy localizations.
  • Data & Insights: Upload leads to Marketo and utilize reporting provided by Marketing Services teams. Provide specific views to stakeholders based on reporting and regularly review Marketing Services dashboards. Support analytics leads in associating marketing spend and conducting monthly hygiene reviews for metadata accuracy.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a local champion for global commercial marketing tools and services. Educate local stakeholders on modern marketing services and tool capabilities.

Required Competencies/Skills:

  • Proven skills in written and verbal communications.
  • Intermediate to advanced project management strategies and tools.
  • Basic business, systems, and process analysis.
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing communications vehicles, tools, and execution (online and offline). Working knowledge of Allocadia and Marketo is helpful.
  • Ability to articulate and evangelize services with stakeholders.
  • Relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.

Required Experience:

  • University degree.
  • 4-7 years of marketing communications (agency or client-side), business operations, or business consulting experience.
