Integrated Marketing Coordinator – Consumer

  • Integrated Marketing Coordinator – Consumer: This role focuses on the Consumer market as part of the Integrated Marketing team at Microsoft. It collaborates with area and functional team members to ensure proper execution of marketing efforts and adherence to defined processes.

Core day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Deliver Marketing Impact: Execute campaigns and support last-mile efforts, with a specific focus on localizations and campaign coordination. Act as a subject matter expert and serve as a point of contact for the Consumer marketing team to execute their campaigns.
  • Drive Efficient Localization: Provide support for localization of customer-facing assets, including review, validation, and light modifications of assets provided by Corporate.
  • Campaign Coordination & Project Management: Coordinate activities across functional marketing areas such as Events, Digital, Data, and Email. Ensure adherence to processes and promote the centralized service throughout the campaign process.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a local champion for global commercial marketing tools and services. Provide support across channels and ensure compliance with processes and privacy regulations.

Required Competencies/Skills:

  • Proven skills in written and verbal communications.
  • Intermediate to advanced project management strategies and tools.
  • Basic business, systems, and process analysis.
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing communications vehicles, tools, and execution, both online and offline.
  • Ability to articulate and evangelize services with stakeholders.
  • Relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft brand and products.

Required Experience:

  • University degree.
  • 2-5 years of marketing communications (agency or client-side), business operations, or business consulting experience.
  • People/team management experience required.
