The Marketing Coordinator – In-Person Events plays a vital role in coordinating and ensuring the success of in-person events for the account. This role is part of the Events team and collaborates with various partners involved in organizing events. Here are the key details:
Role Overview:
- Coordinate in-person events and collaborate with partners involved.
- Ensure events adhere to corporate guidelines and leverage corporate reports for insights and data.
- Provide support for financial management of events and establish internal event metrics and KPIs.
- Act as the project manager for on-site events, coordinating with agencies and participants for timely execution.
- Attend on-site events, actively participate, and handle logistics such as catering and AV requirements.
- Ensure accurate delivery of post-event email correspondence and analyze data to measure event effectiveness.
Core Responsibilities:
- Event Consultation: Serve as a subject matter expert in events marketing, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines, leveraging reports, and providing basic support for financial management. Collaborate with the analytics team to establish internal event metrics and KPIs.
- Pre-Event: Act as the project manager for on-site events, coordinating with partner agencies and participants to ensure timely execution. Track events according to defined processes and support the creation of customer journeys related to the events.
- Event Execution: Attend on-site events as requested, actively participate in activities, and coordinate logistics such as catering and AV requirements.
- Post-Event: Ensure accurate delivery of post-event email correspondence, validate event-related data, and analyze data to measure event effectiveness.

Required Experience:
