Performance Management Officer

The Performance Management Officer is responsible for managing over-all
employee performance through the effective monitoring of Performance Evaluation
results and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).

  • Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any related field.
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience in performance management, business analysis or organization development.
  • 5 days a week Shifts starts at 7:00PM-4:00PM/5:00PM/6:00PM 2 days off(Weekends) *Note: Hybrid Set Up – work from home/onsite work.
