REGIONAL PROGRAM LEAD

The Regional Program Lead plays a crucial role in supporting and enabling local “last mile” marketing execution through centralized marketing services. This role has a positive impact on the business by providing expertise in marketing tools, engines, and campaigns. Here are the key details:

Role Overview:

  • Support and enable local “last mile” marketing execution through centralized marketing services.
  • Provide expertise in marketing tools, engines, and campaigns.
  • Ensure end-to-end planning, execution, and analysis services with positive results for key performance indicators.
  • Ensure seamless campaign execution across different systems and tools, delivering a great experience for customers and partners.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Service Management: Take overall accountability for campaign deliverables and act as the single point of contact for the client’s Field Service.
  • Hiring & People Management: Be responsible for all marketing service desk employees in the region, including retention, training, and development.
  • Service Deployment & Readiness: Drive service quality, consistency, and innovation through sharing best practices and active participation in the marketing services community.
  • Business Development: Support the client’s Field Services in promoting opportunities with stakeholders and collaborate with the CMO to promote this service to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Competencies/Skills:

  • Proven skills in written and verbal communications.
  • Intermediate to advanced project management strategies and tools.
  • Basic business, systems, and process analysis.
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing communications vehicles, tools, and execution, both online and offline.
  • Ability to articulate and evangelize services with stakeholders.
  • Relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.

Required Experience:

  • University degree.
  • 3-5 years of solid marketing communications (agency or client-side), business operations, or business consulting experience.
  • People/team management experience is preferred but not required.
