Job Description:

1. Withdrawal Checking: Apply withdrawal checking based on the rules and regulations set by the company.
2. Betting Pattern Screening: Screen members’ betting patterns to detect any abnormal betting behavior.
3. Performance Screening and Reporting: Screen and report on members’ performance.
4. Risk/Fraud Analysis: Analyze members’ profiles to identify potential risk or fraud.
5. Problem Member Escalation: Detect and escalate problematic members to the escalation team for further investigation.

Job Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Applications: Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Flexible Schedule: Willing to work on a shifting schedule (day and night shifts).
3. Company Accommodation: Willing to stay in company accommodation.
4. Language Skills: Fluent in English.
5. Additional Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese is an added advantage.
6. Educational Background: University or college graduates.
