Duties and Responsibilities:

● Utilize Salesforce.com to manage leads and sales activities efficiently, ensuring
accurate and up-to-date client information.
● Address customer inquiries promptly, providing relevant information to kickstart
or advance the sales process.
● Maintain meticulous records of all call activities in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy
and clarity.
● Adhere to departmental standards for quality, consistently delivering exceptional
service to potential clients.
● Work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving
sales targets and optimizing conversion rates.
● Meet defined productivity goals, demonstrating a results-driven approach to lead
generation and appointment setting.
● Follow weekly schedules and adapt to schedule changes based on call volume
and business needs.
● Secure appointments and diligently follow up on leads, facilitating the progression
of sales opportunities.
● Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry
developments, providing valuable insights to enhance our sales efforts.
● Generate regular reports on sales activities and results, offering transparent
insights to management for informed decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Hospitality Management,
or related fields is preferred.
● Demonstrate a keen interest in technology and software solutions, particularly
within the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
● Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a
customer-centric approach, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impact.
● Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com.
● Ability to excel in a fast-paced, goal-oriented atmosphere, with outstanding
organizational skills, a competitive spirit, and an energetic attitude.
● Ability to analyze complex problems and provide clear, concise solutions that
address customer needs effectively.
● Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional
teams.
● Amenable to reporting onsite and willing to work different shifts as needed to
ensure comprehensive customer support coverage.
