Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for the data quality assurance and control of customer and leads information collected in Mandarin.
- Develop data quality assurance processes and improvements in the context of managing Mandarin language data.
- Apply data quality checks through data validation, data cleansing, and database enrichment across different business reporting tools.
- Manage stakeholders and clearly communicate data quality assurance processes with them to set expectations and ensure the success of projects.
Qualification:
- HSK Level 4–6 in Mandarin or equivalent is required.
- 3 years of experience in the analytics field, with special considerations for those with data quality assurance experience, marketing analytics experience, and/or process automation experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (able to create custom calculations, set up pivot tables, and/or automate processes in Excel and related tech) are required.
- Knowledge and experience with basic SQL (preferably in SQL Server) is preferred.
- Experience with ETL and ETL tools would be ideal (SSIS, ADF are preferred, but any ETL tool or process is acceptable).
- Experienced in stakeholder management and facing clients in a technical setting.
- Experienced in presenting data and technical information to non-technical audiences.
