Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Social Insights & Strategy Manager to join our social media team. This role is pivotal in
analyzing social media reports, trends, and research across several markets to drive our social media strategy
forward. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with local social media teams to gather insights, ensuring our
approach is informed, strategic, and competitive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Trend Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze social media trends, reports, and performance data across
various markets to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Local Insights Gathering: Work closely with local social media teams to collect and integrate local insights
into broader social media strategies, ensuring relevance and impact in each market.
• Strategy Development: Leverage insights from competitive analysis, market trends, and local feedback to
develop and refine our social media strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Facilitate ongoing communication with local teams, marketing, and other
stakeholders to ensure strategies are cohesive, aligned, and effectively implemented.
• Innovation & Improvement: Continuously seek out new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance
social media insights gathering and strategy development processes.
Qualifications:• 4 years or more experience in social media analytics, strategy development, and market research.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, with an strong experience
with interpreting data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for working across teams and cultures.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and competitive analysis techniques.
• A proactive, innovative mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
• Has experience with Sprinklr or other social media analytics tools.
