Job Description:
The Technical Center Head will be responsible for managing operations of the Technical Center, leading technical support across all Divisions, and providing Technical Sales Support. This role will partner with R&D and QA to support company objectives. Key responsibilities include the creation of recipes, ideation of new products/methods, education and training for staff, partners & customers, process formation, and serving as an expert resource for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations of the Technical Center and provide technical support across Divisions.
- Provide Technical Sales Support.
- Partner with R&D and QA to support company objectives.
- Lead recipe creation and ideation of new products/methods.
- Provide education and training for staff, partners & customers.
- Formulate processes and serve as an expert resource for customer service.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Certified Bread and Pastry Chef familiar with the Philippine market.
- Preferably a Food Technologist and/or Nutrition background.
- Background in related industry education (e.g., Baking Culinary School).
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent Bakery and Pastry skills, proficient in all aspects including breads, pastries, and cake decoration.
- Knowledgeable in bakery management and operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Good leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to work well in a team.
- Capacity to compose training materials and execute training sessions.
- Organized and efficient in managing multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
