Technical Writer

  1. Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology 
  2. Develops a thorough understanding of the audience and the documentation required by meeting with colleagues, and working with managers to discuss technical problems 
  3. Researches and builds knowledge about products, services, technology, or concepts to be documented 
  4. Determines the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension and writes and edits technical information accordingly Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts; 
  5. Works with different department to ensure that the finished documentation meets system requirements

Qualifications and Experience: 

  1. Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation or technical documentation.
  2. Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail 
  3. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and understandable 
  4. Excellent written skills in English 
  5. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  6. Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, English, or communications or its equivalent
