Key Responsibilities / Duties:
• Meets and exceeds sales targets by properly managing partner stores
• Achieves growth through acquisition of merchants in the assigned area
• Develops a good productive relationship with the sales leaders of respective partners
• Regularly conducts Trade Checks in the assigned area
• Coaches and re-trains shop assistants inside partner stores
• Conducts reviews and performance monitoring of assigned stores/ shop assistants
• Designs strategic sales initiatives in assigned area to ensure productivity and growth
• Properly communicates feedbacks and concerns to the internal team for swift and proper
resolution
Job profile/Requirements:
• College Graduate
• At least 5 years of sales experience, and has consistently met or exceeded targets
• Supervisory Level with High Integrity
• Experience and good understanding of the following industries: Consumer Sales Financing, Retail
(FMCG, Mobile, IT, Home Appliances), and other relevant industries
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
• Availability to travel, as needed
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills
• Highly organized and with strong planning skills
• Proactive problem solver
