Referral Program Rules and Mechanics:

Referrer Responsibilities:

Referrers will refer potential candidates to the company for job openings.
Referrers should encourage referred candidates to fill out the company’s application form.

Candidate Application:

Referred candidates must complete the company’s application form.
Within the form, candidates must indicate the name of the referrer who referred them.

Candidate Selection and Hiring:

If a referred candidate successfully passes through the company’s selection process and receives a job offer from the company’s client, the referrer is eligible for rewards.

Reward Structure:

For each successfully placed candidate, the referrer will receive a base reward of 5,000 PHP.
Additional rewards will be provided based on the total number of candidates successfully placed by the referrer within a specific time frame.

Additional Rewards (iPhone):

With 5 successful hires, the referrer will receive an iPhone 12 Pro Max.
With 10 successful hires, the referrer will receive an iPhone 13 Pro Max.
With 20 successful hires, the referrer will receive an iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Timing of Rewards:

Rewards (including iPhones) will be distributed to the referrer after the successfully placed candidate has completed their first month of employment with the client.

Social Media Engagement:

To be eligible for the referral program and the iPhone rewards, referrers must actively engage with the company on various social media platforms.
Eligible social media platforms include Facebook (FB), Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Referrers are required to like, follow, and share the company’s posts on these platforms.

Qualification Criteria:

To qualify for the referral program and be eligible for rewards, referrers must consistently engage with the company’s social media accounts on the mentioned platforms.

Reward Disbursement:

Rewards, including iPhones, will be disbursed in PHP via the preferred payment method chosen by the referrer (e.g., bank transfer, check) after the successful candidate’s first month of employment.

Program Validity:

This referral program and its associated rewards, including iPhones, are valid until December 31, 2023.

Communication and Updates:

The company will regularly communicate with referrers to provide updates on the status of referred candidates and reward disbursement.
